Various carpentry items such as fixing skirting, wall mouldings, kitchen plinth. Approx 5 days work. All materials on site Then need decorating - approx 10 days - 2 weeks

1) Fix a few floorboards where there is creaking and slight movement in bedroom, then fit 6mm plywood (so laminate boards can be fitted by flooring company). Room is 17sqm. 2) Fix wood flooring boards around door in lounge which have popped due to a leak. Also refix door strip.

We require the bottom part of our door frame to be changed as it is rotten, we would also like the door and rest of frame and sills on either sides to be sanded and painted. We also require the window sill next to the front door to be assessed, changed if needed (but it feels sound), sanded and painted with the rest of the frame.
