Cut out and replace part of wooden frame for up and over garage door. Reset the up and over spring framework.
Replace 2 bathroom doors. Both doors are 6 panelled hollow doors. One of them has become ruined due to the carpet fitted cutting the base of the door in order to fit the new laminate flooring. The other bathroom door needs to be rehung on the other side of the door frame, so that door opens outwards rather than inwards. Also to fit new furniture (handles, mortise latch, door stop and hinges).
Dear contractor Replace timber front door, top light and frame, scheduled for delivery to a Chorlton address second/third week in November. Also optionally supply and fit of a UPVC window to replace a rotten timber extension window if this would suit. The existing front door, top light and frame have been removed and a suitable aperture put in place.
