Indoor stair handrail is very loose to the wall. Needs strong fixing as used by oap to get up and down stairs. I have a new handrail but the fixing by handyman is poor. Thanks

Lock of the front door forced open by fire brigade to give paramedic access to my tenants flat. The lock itself and the wooden pieces it was attached too inside the MDF door had been broken (the external part of the door looks okay).
