Take down fitted wardrobes 9 doors -was flat packed and assemble in a house 3 miles away

I have a 1 sash window on rope that needs to be taken out, so that I can put my new sofa into my flat (through the window frame), and then have the window put back in.

Staircase(rennovation or replacement?), understair toilet door frame and wall replacement(with electric socket install and repositioning fuse boxes)and hardwood floor install. I have a picture of the finished appearance which I can forward.

Rennovate/replace staircase whichever is cheaper, replace wall around understair toilet, combine two fuse boxes into one and fit hardwood in hallway.

2 x Internal window sill replacement. Windows are UPVC and the sills are wooden and rotten. Approx length of the sills - L:107cm x W:27cm. Possibly need one wooden window frame replaced too. Just sill/frame installation as I am happy to seal and paint them myself. To start ASAP please. Many thanks
