Front door won't close properly and lock not working as a consequence. I think the door has swollen because of all the rain.

Build book shelves in chimney alcoves (1.4m and 0.87m wide). - 1.4m alcove to include one cabinet, and two open shelves - 0.87m alcove to include two open shelves. Painted white.
Remove sink and unit. Replace flooring and joists underneath as they are rotten. Replace unit and sink. Replace flooring beside the sink and stanchion round the back door. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you
