I have put in a new boiler and the pipeline goes through my open kitchen and I wanted to find someone to come close it with a wooden duct. It’s not a big job but needs to be done well.

Need to repair bottom part of 2 sash windows. On the outside where the glass meets the wood. Wood have chipped away all along the bottom.

I have a window board that has collapsed under the weight of 2 cats sitting on it as there doesn’t appear to be any supports underneath. I would like supports put in and the board refitted and sealed. Note - there is a radiator directly below the window, with approx 1cm gap between top of radiator and window board.
