The floor in my flat has developed ridges, soft spots, and sagging areas, with particular deterioration over the last month. There is no apparent leak. I would like it examined, the cause diagnosed, the required repair recommended, and a quote. Available all day Thurs and Fri, or before 2 all days other than Tuesday (or text whenever, and I'll get back to you).

Lock of the front door forced open by fire brigade to give paramedic access to my tenants flat. The lock itself and the wooden pieces it was attached too inside the MDF door had been broken (the external part of the door looks okay).
