1) Fix a few floorboards where there is creaking and slight movement in bedroom, then fit 6mm plywood (so laminate boards can be fitted by flooring company). Room is 17sqm. 2) Fix wood flooring boards around door in lounge which have popped due to a leak. Also refix door strip.

Lay wooden floor in room approx 5,18 metres x 3 .96 metres and also in hallway. Fix new skirting boards to room and re fix to wall 4 shelves Looking to get work done in approx week begginging 18th March Noel Holdstock

Hi. I’m interested in a quote for sash window repair. The property has 4 sash windows and one non sash window. All windows need woodwork sanded treated and painted and all windows need new locks fitted. One sash has a broken cord and needs fixing. Hi all, We're looking for someone to come and have a look at our original wooden french doors and sash windows. We feel like they're not very secure at the moment so would like to look at getting some new locks fitted as well as maybe upgrading the single glazing to double glazing. Would someone be able to come and quote for the work/see if it's even possible? Many thanks Ben
