Top step of basement stairs has given way

Concerns our front door frame, wall plate and joist. Job is we need the small part of the wall plate & joist replacing, as well as the old damaged timber door frame taken out and replaced.

I would like to install a new stairs including spindles to hand rails. Complete job please.

Laminate Flooring for a large room and fitting two doors.

Replace wooden, double glazed, sliding doors on garden office. Two panels are folding, one is hinged. New doors don't have to be same configuration - could be glazed side panels and two doors. Approx size of opening is 228cm x 186cm. That's the doors, not including the frame. Would prefer hardwood.
