To remove a oven stuck between cabinets.

My living room door does not shut. It previously had a perko concealed door closer which was taken out, it now just swings open and doesn't close. Not sure if I need a new handle and latch. Also need a new piece of elevated floor trim. At the moment there is a piece of wood that is on the edge of the kitchen floor and it is falling apart.

Some of my juliette balcony wooden posts are rotting and need replacing
