I have put in a new boiler and the pipeline goes through my open kitchen and I wanted to find someone to come close it with a wooden duct. It’s not a big job but needs to be done well.

Need to repair bottom part of 2 sash windows. On the outside where the glass meets the wood. Wood have chipped away all along the bottom.

Fitting new staircase, banister, and glass panel, including the landing. can supply the design drawing for verification if required.
