I would like to convert a brick shed into an office. All walls are brick, and the roof is pitch. I need studwork completed with insulation and dry-lining of the walls. A cieling would also need to be dry-lined. A door surround and windor casements would need to be constructued. (both double glase window and door is already fitted)

1) Fix a few floorboards where there is creaking and slight movement in bedroom, then fit 6mm plywood (so laminate boards can be fitted by flooring company). Room is 17sqm. 2) Fix wood flooring boards around door in lounge which have popped due to a leak. Also refix door strip.

(They will 35mm thick oak doors.) 7 of our door frames are metal and so I am not sure whether the hinges can be changed or whether the existing ones will need to be reused.
