Build 6 shelves in alcove - 150cm and 125cm wide

Remove existing front door cill and replace with new hardwood. Covered Entrance Canopy (Bracket, plywood soffit, joists, lead roofing) plywood soffit panel has rotted and needs replacing in full. Approx 4000mm x 500mm.

New staircase and U-shaped bannister in hardwood. All spindles need to be replaced.

I would like to ask for a quote for a TV/Bookcase unit.I would like this in a farrow & ball stone colour or similar. Length 230cm , width 46 cm height 240 approximately. 3 shelves on either side of TV recess and 3 cupboards underneath in shaker style. I have an exact photo on request. I would also like lighting in the shelves. The paint can be a colour match.

Cut 3/4 ply to apprx 14 x 24" radis corners smooth sand. 1 piece.
