My living room door does not shut. It previously had a perko concealed door closer which was taken out, it now just swings open and doesn't close. Not sure if I need a new handle and latch. Also need a new piece of elevated floor trim. At the moment there is a piece of wood that is on the edge of the kitchen floor and it is falling apart.

To repair front door, build some carpentry. Needed asap.

The cupboard is 177cm (L) x 76cm (W) x 239 (H) In terms of what I’m looking for, it doesn’t have to be super smart as it’s not on display.
