We have a very narrow flat area approx 1 metre long and about 30 cm wide where the water decants into a downspout from the main roof. We have had it repaired a couple of times in the 43 years we have lived here. There are signs that it may have developed a small leak and needs repairing again.

Front and rear gutters need to be changed . Terraced house , 4 stories. Scaffolding will be o the front , not on the back . There is a roof terrace On the 3rd floor that extr end 3/4 of the back

I need someone with roofing exprience to securely and safely climb on a small roof ( accessible from the 2nd floor room, but it has an angle, and not damage the tiles ) while needing to: - drill 1 hole through which 2 cables will feed in so that two cctv cameras will be fixed to the exterior brick wall. ( this will require also to clip the cable neatly and also use sealant around the camera...
