Hey there, not sure if this is something you can help with - our lead flashing on the top floor of our house (3 storey town house) has pulled away from the wall of the dormer and is flapping in high winds and banging continuously. We would either like it reattached or replaced if it's damaged please. We're in the process of selling the property and the buyers have requested a home buyers survey so ideally need it sorting before they attend (Wed 10th May). We have been struggling to find someone willing to help us for a sensible price due to the height of our house as the flashing is on the top floor of the property (3 storey town house).
