Please quote for the following requirement. Description There is a flat L shaped roof (above part of the kitchen) and a sloped polycarbonate out-building roof (used for storage). The current flat roof is felted and patched in areas. Currently stable but has aged and weathered. The outbuilding was remade be me 10 years ago. The walls (wooden stud construction) were newly made and still strong. The previous polycarbonate roof was reused as was in good state at that time, but this has now perforated due to hail damage and age. Requirement Flat roof - Kitchen L shaped. I will consider felt or EPDM as replacement. Note the flat roof has guttering running around which will probably need to be temporarily removed. I am considering if the flat roof should be slightly sloped to aid drainage, please advise. Outbuilding roof The outbuilding polycarbonate roof to be replaced with 9mm OSB (please advise otherwise) and surfaced with EPDM. There is wall battening and roof batten to support but I am wondering if additional CLS may be required. There is guttering at the lower slope of the out-building roof.
