Despite the corner of the roof getting damp in the past during rain, it has started to leak only now under heavy rainfall. Look at roof and if all good, write a sentence on company letter-headed paper to say that roof was in good condition and fit for purpose. If not, to quote for any repairs needed. Shouldn't take more than half an hour.
