We're looking to replace a 4.5x4 flat roof, with an existing 2.5x1.5m roof lantern (staying) in the middle. Current problem is ponding, so hoping to have a slight slope to allow water to run away. We'd also like the gutters replaced too. Just looking for rough ideas of costs and timescales currently, but would be looking to do this soon. Thank you
