I am posting regarding a leak in the roof of my tenanted house that has recently become apparent. Despite the corner of the roof getting damp in the past during rain, it has started to leak only now under heavy rainfall. The roof is tiled, and I suspect there may be a broken or dislodged tile but needs a professional check. Could you please provide me with a ballpark figure for the repair cost?
