We are in need of a skilled/experienced roofer to address a leak in the rear extension roof, which features Velux windows. Whenever it rains, noticeable damp marks appear on the ceiling. During sustained rainfall, water starts to drip down.

There is a break in the waterproofing membrane on a small section of the kitchen balcony (which is easily accessible from inside the flat) that needs to be sealed so to stop water damage through the brickwork into the downstairs bathroom.

We have a leaked coming into our bedroom every time there is a significant amount of rainfall. We need someone to tighten up and seal all the bolts on the front side of our roof, possibly locate any loose tile and seal it to stop this leak we have.

Look at roof and if all good, write a sentence on company letter-headed paper to say that roof was in good condition and fit for purpose. If not, to quote for any repairs needed. Shouldn't take more than half an hour.

Front and rear gutters need to be changed . Terraced house , 4 stories. Scaffolding will be o the front , not on the back . There is a roof terrace On the 3rd floor that extr end 3/4 of the back

Repair and Put new felt or rubber to repair the gully area in my flat roof . Clean gutters and seal all area that seem weaker . ASAP
