The back room is a double room. It has lead flashing from double to to the bathroom. It has a slight tile roof. The lead has come away from where it has been tucked. It needs to be pushed back and give it a cover of paint.

We have a very narrow flat area approx 1 metre long and about 30 cm wide where the water decants into a downspout from the main roof. We have had it repaired a couple of times in the 43 years we have lived here. There are signs that it may have developed a small leak and needs repairing again.
