Roofer replacement - currently has a damaged Ashpalt roof and I would like it to be replaced

We have a very narrow flat area approx 1 metre long and about 30 cm wide where the water decants into a downspout from the main roof. We have had it repaired a couple of times in the 43 years we have lived here. There are signs that it may have developed a small leak and needs repairing again.
