Fitting door locks

I need someone who can put skirting on the side of the stairs and be able to put two air shelves. I have the skirting available but does need cutting out. I do not, however, have the shelves which I will need - the shelves will need to be timber plank and needs to fit inside a cupboard which is around 1m(squared).

I want a floating shelf installed in kitchen. Length is approx 2.5m. Possibly Oak wood. To be fixed to an interior dry wall (plasterboard system). Trades person to source and provide the wood.
