Add panel moulding to lower section of living room walls

Looking to add wall panelling to living room walls. Materials are pre-cut. Living room is 3m x 4m.

Need to Install few stairs gate under the British safety regulations, a proper carpenter is needed for this job

I need to install a top and bottom stair gates but need proper carpenter fitting job, as is needed to pass the British Safety Regulations. I will be working with Children from the locals Council. so the gates needed proper installation.

To install a gate on the top of the stairs with British safety regulations.

Create frame in ceiling with access panels and insulation X 2 plus further access panel in ceiling Approx 300cm x 40cm drop approx 5cm

To make up a small radiator cover 22inch height for a large bay window. 8ft middle.approx 3.5ft tor 4ft at the sides. Paintin white after complete. Will provide the x6 small panels & paint. Job needed to complete by next Friday.
