Room 3.7m2 requires woodchip paper removed from ceiling (rest has been removed in room) and all wall and ceiling surfaces to be skimmed to allow paint. Due to water damage the whole ceiling in a downstairs room needs replacing. This involves removing existing plasterwork on the ceiling (old lath and plaster ceiling). The room about is 12 foot 4 inches by 7 foot 6 inches. Also there has been damage to the cornice in several areas which need to be repaired/replaced.
