Plaster two bedroom
Repair water damage in corner by taking walls(s) back to brick either complete walls (2) or sections as appropriate and replaster. Remove ceiling plaster board (either half sheet or whole as appropriate (same water damage). Remove coving from complete room. Skim ceiling to remove artex finish and paint if possible. Timescale for work not yet finalised but need idea of cost.
