I’m looking for a plasterer to work with us on a residential renovation project starting in March in Kilmacolm. It’s a new property that I’ve just bought and get the keys to until March. We plan to get in there as soon as we get the keys to begin major renovations and so I need a team in place and ready to start before I get the keys. I don’t have access to the property yet, so I need quotes based on photos and measurements. I’ve put together a document with photographs of all the rooms that need plaster work along with a description of what needs done and the measurements and I can send this to you if you email me. I do realise there will be caveats until you actually see the job and inevitably there will probably be extras that we decide to add on later. Dear Jonathan I have had an issue with damp on my living room wall and so asked a damp specialist to have a look at it. He has advised me that there is no current issue with penetrating or rising damp and that it has mostly dried out and so has advised me to have the wall re-plastered. I've attached a copy of his report (pages 15-17 is the plastering) and wondered if this is something you could assist with? Regards Koichi
