I have 4 bedrooms ( 1 is box room), open living room, 2 halls ways and kitchen that need painting. No structural work is required, straight forward painting.

Need all rooms painted, Inc skirting boards and doors. The bathroom is fully tiled.

Repair dents/knocks in walls and corner beads 2. painting - 3 bedrooms (1 with en suite), 1 bathroom, landing and staircase, hallway, living room, large kitchen/dining area and toilet (downstairs) 3. sand and paint metal railing to the front of the property 4. we also need large garden shed roof re-felted 5. repair a small section of wooden fence weakened by recent storm

Paint a 5 bed house (about 3000sqft), build closets in dressing room, family room change from carpet to wooden floor
