I live in a period property in Garboldisham. 1) Have recently had new windows and front door installed and shallow but long crack opened in rendering on front facing wall as result of installation. Would like to get it repaired. 2) Small area of external render on a side facing wall has green hue which I think may be sign of damp. There is no indication that the render has blown, but it sounds hollow when tapped. Area has clearly been re-rendered on several occasions. Would like to get that assessed and repaired. 3) Whole of front facing wall (and area of side wall if re-rendered) needs repainting as a result of window installation. Plus a 1ft high trellis running the full length of the fence = 27 metres - also both sides. The fence is new and does not require pressure washing - stain can be applied right away.
