Painting one living room, stairs, and upstairs hallway in one uniform colour.

We would like to redecorate our lounge area + door. There is potential for further redecorating in other rooms as well. We are sensitive to smell hence we'd like to buy our own paints. What are your daily rates and what would your quote be for painting the lounge area (sand-down, 2 coats of paint).

Pipe leaked in Attic and has caused discoloration to bedroom ceiling plus minor damage (may need replastering,) and discolouration to dining room ceiling

Redecorate 1 bedroom flat. Including all ceilings and walls in matt white. There are 5 internal doors and all skirting and door frames to be painted in white eggshell. Flat is approximately 500 square feet and is quite small.

One small bathroom to be painted

Wallpaper stripping x 2 rooms Painting x 3 rooms Change ceiling texture from a 'swirling texture' to a smooth / flat finish. Carpet fitting - if you're able to do that too? It'd be 4 rooms and stairs. Looking for it to be done in the next 12 months.
