Create a doorway to make full use of a 'cupboard' space in the hall. It currently has a low small metal door as it used to house the old heating system. The new boiler is now in the upstairs airing cupboard leaving the original space a wasted space. I have a decorator booked for the hallway w/c 2 September so need the job done by then.
