Flat is new build and walls only painted, we would like dark grout to accent the light tiles which need to be placed vertically. We have calculated the area to cover is 4.5 m2 and have tiles at the property for the job.

A falling object has left a large hole between 2 large porcelain kitchen floor tiles - 60sqcm each. - total area to be worked on 1.2sqm. I need the two broken tiles removed and then the area prepared to lay the 2 replacement tiles and grouted to match the rest of the floor. Fortunately we have spare identical tiles from the original installation which was around 4 years ago.

Kitchen backsplash tiling around both walls in kitchen. Tiles are large 450mm x 450mm which fit the width from work surface to cupboard so 10x needed on one wall and between 7 - 8 on the opposite wall needed. There is white gloss tiles there currently which would need removing first
