Lounge needs new plaster

Skim/ plaster garden room 3x5 including ceiling and 3 walls, ceiling night 2.3m please include all material costs

Remove existing blown plaster on a 2.5x3m wall, then redo it from top to bottom. Reuse existing skirting boards if possible.

Some plaster in our lounge has blown. We are looking to get it redone.

i want to plasterboard part of the loft space which at present you can walk into and i have placed some wardrobes in there but would be better if two small walls are plater boarded and down one side something like removable plaster board so i can occasionally get to the other part of the loft i think i have to leave the ceiling as was told i could not insulate as would get mouldy as roof needs to...

Skimming 2 walls 1. 12wide x 8 hight feet over plasterboards 2, 12wide x8 hight feet over old plaster

Current ceiling has artex and i wish to have it skimmed rather then removed. It is a 14msq room and the ceiling has no damage to it.
