Living room has been half replastered by council. Ceiling replastered but left walls undone. I would like these replastered. Small/medium living room.

Scrape back and remove old plaster on small return wall (approx 1.5 meter across). Wall has historic damp and mould has grown. Once repaired, plaster over and paint too if possible! Thank you

Ceiling height in kitchen is different to rest of open plan room by about 6 inches. The issue is more prominent after taking down partition wall between kitchen and living room. Current ceiling has artex and i wish to have it skimmed rather then removed. It is a 14msq room and the ceiling has no damage to it.

Kitchen walls and ceiling needs a skim with some areas requiring deeper filling. Kitchen size is 329cm width and 476 length.
