I have had four spot lights removed from the front bedroom and now have four small holes in the ceiling. There are also hairline cracks in some ceilings and cracks in the walls. In a level 2 survey report, it was suggested that I have some ceilings re-boarded and skimmed. Could you come and have a look at the property and tell me what needs doing? Thanks
