Plaster living room walls

Scrape back and remove old plaster on small return wall (approx 1.5 meter across). Wall has historic damp and mould has grown. Once repaired, plaster over and paint too if possible! Thank you

Ceiling height in kitchen is different to rest of open plan room by about 6 inches. The issue is more prominent after taking down partition wall between kitchen and living room. I therefore want to raise the kitchen ceiling to align with the adjacent ceiling height. The building is an old factory so the floors/levels are just single concrete slabs. Room 3.7m2 requires woodchip paper removed from ceiling (rest has been removed in room) and all wall and ceiling surfaces to be skimmed to allow paint. Additional works of removing 4 radiators and replacing with 3 in new position + bathroom towel rad to be replaced. Looking at early December for works.
