A newly built home office needs dot and dab plasterboard on walls, timber ceiling beams, plastering and finish. Room size 28m sq.

Bathroom mainly needs skimming or plastering (I’m in the process of taking the tiles off). Around the window there was some water damage so it needs full plastering for sure as a lot of it is poor or already back to brick. Potential skim job in the kitchen too.

Skim a bedroom wall

Re-plastering two walls in the kitchen with a modern breathable plaster, and then re-skimming over the other two. Dimensions on the room: 5.2X3.1m. Note the plaster has already been removed. Ideally to have the work done in July/Aug, once the electrician has finished his work. And once the builder has added a mesh over the damp proof membrane, to plaster over.
