Need skimming for most of the house. Quote for painting also welcome. Needs to be completed before the last week of November though as we have carpenters coming in.

3 walls and ceiling in room approximately 3.7 x 4m and 2.7m high. One wall has a large bay window and another wall has a large double door opening. I will remove all skirting, coving and fittings prior to work and room will be completely clear.

I have a bathroom that needs doing, 3 walls190 (h)X 178 (w), 243 X 300, 243 X 260 and ceiling. Room is good to go. Have photos too if that helps

Plaster 4 walls and ceiling in a 13ft x 12ft approx bedroom . Ceiling has had polystyrene tiles recently removed , 1 wall has couple sml holes and cracked above the door, 1 incorporates the window and another has fitted wardrobes which will be removed before commencement .
