We have an out building that needs some skimming doing on the walls and ceiling. It is hard to describe so someone would need to come out to quote, we are based in Borrowash. It would be a good job for an apprentice to practice their skills.

Render garden wall. Block construction measuring approx 14mtr length x .7mtr high

PVA and skim 3 medium sized rooms. All three rooms are 3.5 x 3.5 meters. Walls only, ceiling not needed. Skimming needed as removal of wallpaper has exposed patchy old rough surface.

We mainly need plaster skimming of one entire bedroom, 1 textured bedroom ceiling, 2 small bedroom walls, one large kitchen wall and the lower half of the entire living room walls which are textured. We also need the artex ceiling covering on the landing and hallway.
