Plaster over textured ceiling. Previous job scraped first and used 2 layers of multifinish. I would like to get quote for c.60m2 ceiling as well as just 2 rooms 1 large and 1 small amounting to c. 19m2 in total.

Room 3.7m2 requires woodchip paper removed from ceiling (rest has been removed in room) and all wall and ceiling surfaces to be skimmed to allow paint. Additional works of removing 4 radiators and replacing with 3 in new position + bathroom towel rad to be replaced. Looking at early December for works.
