Plaster over artex ceilings in - 4 x 4 metre lounge. 4 x 4 metre dining room. 3 x 4 metre kitchen. Hallway at two levels - ground and first floor.

We need a window drip installed in the external render above the front facing upper bedroom window. Window can be accessed by ladder or self-build scaffold tower. This is to resolve a consistent leak where in heavy rain, water drips on the inside of the window. No other way the water is getting in (roof is fine, wall painted, window resealed etc).
