Plaster Skim large ceiling 65sqm and walls covering around 73sqm total.

Scrape back and remove old plaster on small return wall (approx 1.5 meter across). Wall has historic damp and mould has grown. Once repaired, plaster over and paint too if possible! Thank you

Ceiling height in kitchen is different to rest of open plan room by about 6 inches. The issue is more prominent after taking down partition wall between kitchen and living room. I therefore want to raise the kitchen ceiling to align with the adjacent ceiling height. The building is an old factory so the floors/levels are just single concrete slabs.
