Hi just stripped the bathroom and need it re plastered.

Need to repair a Hole in the kitchen ceiling (55cm roughly)

Due to water damage the whole ceiling in a downstairs room needs replacing. This involves removing existing plasterwork on the ceiling (old lath and plaster ceiling). The room about is 12 foot 4 inches by 7 foot 6 inches. Also there has been damage to the cornice in several areas which need to be repaired/replaced.

Plaster one room wall and felling flooring

To plaster 2 sides of a new partition wall. 2m high. 2.7m width.

Plaster Skim large ceiling 65sqm and walls covering around 73sqm total.

Scrape back and remove old plaster on small return wall (approx 1.5 meter across). Wall has historic damp and mould has grown. Once repaired, plaster over and paint too if possible! Thank you

Ceiling height in kitchen is different to rest of open plan room by about 6 inches. The issue is more prominent after taking down partition wall between kitchen and living room.
