Due to water damage the whole ceiling in a downstairs room needs replacing. This involves removing existing plasterwork on the ceiling (old lath and plaster ceiling). The room about is 12 foot 4 inches by 7 foot 6 inches. Also there has been damage to the cornice in several areas which need to be repaired/replaced.
