Plastering a house

I am looking for someone to plaster over the artex on my hall and landing ceiling. I think it will need plaster board putting over it first as the artex is quite thick.

Skim two bedrooms, a very small bathroom and hall, stairs and landing. It's an old small 2 bed semi in Grappenhall.

Re-Skim bedroom 4mtr long x 3 mtr wide 2.3 mtr high including ceiling

Walls need skimming,ceiling needs skimming
