Re skim ceilings walls in 13x4

Current ceiling has artex and i wish to have it skimmed rather then removed. It is a 14msq room and the ceiling has no damage to it.

Plaster and skim an area of about 4m2 in internal room. Must be with breathable plaster like Limelite or similar in a victorian property. Damp plaster has been removed to the brickwork.

2 areas if bedroom walls (About 6 sq. m) need old Blown plaster removing new plaster on Painting in white, 2 coats. First week of August.
