Size of walls: Entertaining area is 5655mm x 3685mm. One of the walls has bifold doors, 2700mm wide. Office area is 3000mm x 2400mm There is no interior wall dividing the 2 spaces. Height is 2100mm

Kitchen ceiling about 4m by 4m has come down due to upstairs water leak. It all needs replacing and plastering and downlighters refitted. There is a frame as it is a false ceiling and most of the old platerboard has been removed. We need it done before Christmas if possible.
