Current ceiling has artex and i wish to have it skimmed rather then removed. It is a 14msq room and the ceiling has no damage to it.

Plaster and skim an area of about 4m2 in internal room. Must be with breathable plaster like Limelite or similar in a victorian property. Damp plaster has been removed to the brickwork.

Skim hallway and room

Repair minor damage in ceiling caused by a leak from above. Hole approximately 50x100mm.

Knock out approx 10m part wall after rising damp replaster

Due to water damage the whole ceiling in a downstairs room needs replacing. This involves removing existing plasterwork on the ceiling (old lath and plaster ceiling). The room about is 12 foot 4 inches by 7 foot 6 inches. Also there has been damage to the cornice in several areas which need to be repaired/replaced.

Fill large gaps in plaster and make good ready to paint. Under stairs cupboard has various holes in plaster - some exposed to brick and needs making good.
