Hello We currently have a property that we are looking after for a customer due to a leak in the property, we need a ceiling repair doing its 1x 1200x900 board to fit and skim in, feather in the existing if possible. We recently had a full rewire and need channels fillings, plus some walls skimming and patching up as follows: Entrance hall - channels/holes only Living room - channels and skim coat except for chimney breast Small Hallway - channels and skim coat on top half of walls Kitchen - channels/holes only Dining - channels/holes only Bottom and top of stairs - channels/holes only Master bedroom...

Skim 2 bedrooms and bathroom may need boarding 1wall 3mts.

Small jobs left by my last plasterer that was Need completion. it’s a few bits left by the last plasterer, hall ceiling, some coving bits, a small bit above a door, a hole that needed a bit of boarding, a inside a window frame, some other bits can send you some pics and a mantle that goes over the oven
